collar/lead combo, but is not intended for use when walking.

NOTE:  When ordering this style collar it is best to send the exact measurement of the smallest part of the neck (ie., behind the ears). This will ensure a proper fit. Please measure carefully, these are custom made to the measurements you provide and may not be exchanged.
